CHILD SUPPORT ACT 1988 No. 3 of 1988 - SECT 42
Correction of clerical errors and other mistakes in Child Support Register
42. Where the Registrar is satisfied that a clerical error or other mistake
exists in particulars entered in the Child Support Register in relation to a
registered maintenance liability, the Registrar may vary the particulars for
the purpose of correcting the error or mistake.
