CHILD SUPPORT ACT 1988 No. 3 of 1988 - SECT 30

30. Where a registrable maintenance liability is registered under this Act:

   (a)  amounts payable under the liability in relation to the child support
        enforcement period are debts due by the payer to the Commonwealth in
        accordance with the particulars of the liability entered in the
        Register; and

   (b)  the payee is not entitled to, and may not enforce payment of, those
        amounts.
