Add:
; (zc) a decision under section 3C or 7 of the Commonwealth
Radioactive Waste Management Act 2005 .
Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Act 1998

After paragraph 21(1)(c)
Insert:
(ca) a person nominated by the Chief Minister of the Northern
Territory;
