CHILDCARE REBATE ACT 1993 No. 112 of 1993 - SECT 45

45.(1) If the claimant's weekly child care expenditure for a week exceeds the
minimum weekly threshold and is less than the claimant's maximum claimable
amount for the week, the amount of childcare rebate payable on the claim in
respect of that week is the amount worked out using the following formula:
0.3 X (Weekly child care expenditure - Minimum weekly threshold).

(2) If the claimant, or another member of the claimant's family, has
previously made any other claims relating to childcare provided during that
week, the amount of childcare rebate that would otherwise have been payable
under subsection (1) is reduced by the amounts of childcare rebate that have
been paid, or are payable, in respect of such other claims.
