CHILDCARE REBATE ACT 1993 No. 112 of 1993 - SECT 39
Paying the rebate
39.(1) If childcare rebate is payable, the Managing Director must, on behalf
of the Commonwealth, pay the claimant the amount worked out under Division 2
in respect of the claim.
(2) The amount is to be paid in the way determined by the Managing Director.
Note: Decisions about the amounts of childcare rebate payable, and decisions
that no amount of childcare rebate is payable, are reviewable under Division 3
of Part 5.
