CHILDCARE REBATE ACT 1993 No. 112 of 1993 - SECT 35

35. Subject to section 36, childcare rebate is payable in respect of a claim
if and only if:

   (a)  the claimant, and each child specified in the claim as required under
        paragraph 33(1)(a), are members of the same registered family; and

   (b)  the claim complies with the requirements of section 33; and

   (c)  the information provided under Division 3 of Part 3 in relation to the
        claim is correct.
