CHILDCARE REBATE ACT 1993 No. 112 of 1993 - SECT 26

26. A family is not eligible for the childcare rebate in respect of a
particular period unless:

   (a)  during some or all of the period, one or more members of the family
        who are dependent children received child care within the meaning of
        section 27; and

   (b)  the child care was provided by one or more registered carers; and

   (c)  one of the parental members of the family paid for the child care.
