CHILDCARE REBATE ACT 1993 No. 112 of 1993 - SECT 22

22.(1) The Commission must cancel a family's registration if each parental
member of the family requests the Commission in writing to do so.

(2) The Commission must cancel a family's registration if:

   (a)  it is satisfied that the family no longer meets the requirements of
        Divisions 1 and 2; or

   (b)  on the basis of information it has received since the family was
        registered, it is satisfied that the family did not meet the
        requirements of Divisions 1 and 2 at the time it was registered.

(3) The Commission may cancel a family's registration if it is satisfied that
the Commission was given incorrect or misleading information in connection
with the application for registration of the family. Note: Cancellations of
registration under subsection (2) or (3) are reviewable under Division 3 of
Part 5.
