CHILDCARE REBATE ACT 1993 No. 112 of 1993 - SECT 21

21. If the Commission is satisfied that:

   (a)  a person has ceased to be a member of a registered family; and

   (b)  the family nevertheless still meets the requirements of Divisions 1
        and 2; the Commission must vary the registration by deleting the
        person's name. Note: Variations of registration under this section are
        reviewable under Division 3 of Part 5.
