CHILDCARE REBATE ACT 1993 No. 112 of 1993 - SECT 18

Applying for registration
18.(1) A person may apply in writing to the Commission for registration of the
family of which he or she is a member.

(2) The application must:

   (a)  list the names of all the members of the family; and

   (b)  be in the approved form. Note: Subsection 5(1) sets out who the
        members of a family are for the purposes of this Act.

(3) The Minister may determine that, in order for an applicant to establish a
particular matter specified in the determination that is relevant to deciding
whether to register a family, the application must contain one or both of the
following:

   (a)  a statement of the kind specified in the determination;

   (b)  evidence of the kind specified in the determination.

(4) Determinations under subsection (3) are disallowable instruments for the
purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
