CHILDCARE REBATE ACT 1993 No. 112 of 1993 - SECT 17

Guidelines for making determinations 
17.(1) The Minister may issue guidelines about making determinations under
section 16.

(2) In making a determination under section 16, the Commission must comply
with any such guidelines.

(3) The guidelines are disallowable instruments for the purposes of section
46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
