COMPETITION POLICY REFORM ACT 1995 No. 88 of 1995 - SECT 68
Functions and powers of Tribunal
68. Section 102 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting subsection (3);
(b) by omitting from subsection (4) "Subject to subsection (3), upon" and
substituting "Upon".
