COMPETITION POLICY REFORM ACT 1995 No. 88 of 1995 - SECT 52

Insertion of new section 
52. After section 27 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Consultants

"27A.(1) On behalf of the Commonwealth, the Commission may engage persons to
give advice to, and perform services for, the Commission.

"(2) The terms and conditions of engagement are as determined by the
Commission.".
