COMPETITION POLICY REFORM ACT 1995 No. 88 of 1995 - SECT 39

39. Section 6A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (1) and
substituting:

"(1) The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission is established by this
section.".
