COMPETITION POLICY REFORM ACT 1995 No. 88 of 1995 - SECT 24

24. Section 104 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(a) the following paragraph:

"(aa) with respect to evidence in proceedings before the Tribunal, including
the appointment of persons to assist the Tribunal by giving evidence (whether
personally or by means of a written report); and".
