COMMONWEALTH PLACES (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1998 No. 23, 1998 - SECT 4
Application of amendments
(1) The amendments of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 apply to the 1996-97
year of income.
(2) The amendments of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 apply to the 1997-98
year of income and to all later years of income.
