COMPANIES (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1981 No. 91 of 1981 - SECT 3

Object 
3. The object of this Act is to enact transitional provisions consequent upon
the enactment of the Companies Act 1981 and this Act has effect, and shall be
construed, accordingly.
