COMPANIES (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1981 No. 91 of 1981 - SECT 19
Certificate that person is an executive officer of a company
19. Where it appears from a return lodged with the Registrar of Companies
pursuant to a previous law of the Territory with which the Companies Act 1981
corresponds that a person was at a particular time a manager of a company, the
Commission may give a certificate under sub-section 238 (10) of that Act that
the person was at that time a principal executive officer of the company.
