CRIMES (PROTECTION OF AIRCRAFT) ACT 1973 No. 34 of 1973 - SECT 2

2.* (1) Sections 1, 2, 3, 6, 21, 22 and 23 shall come into operation on the
day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on a date
to be fixed by Proclamation, being a date not earlier than the date on which
the Convention enters into force for Australia.
