Short title.
CRIMES (PROTECTION OF AIRCRAFT) ACT
1973 An Act to approve Ratification by Australia of the Convention for the
Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Civil Aviation, to give
effect to that Convention and to provide for the Punishment of Unlawful Acts
of the kinds dealt with by that Convention in certain circumstances in which
that Convention does not apply.
1. This Act may be cited as the Crimes (Protection of Aircraft) Act 1973.*
