CRIMES (PROTECTION OF AIRCRAFT) ACT 1973 - NOTES
NOTE
1. Act No. 34, 1973; assented to 27 May 1973. Ss. 1-3, 6 and 21-23 commenced
on the date of Royal Assent. The remaining provisions are to commence on a
date fixed by Proclamation; no Proclamation under sub-section 2 (2) was
published before 1 September 1974.
