COMPREHENSIVE NUCLEAR TEST-BAN TREATY ACT 1998 No. 78, 1998 - SECT 9

(a) whether the explosion takes place within or outside Australia; and

(b) whether the conduct that causes the explosion takes place within or outside Australia.
