COMPREHENSIVE NUCLEAR TEST-BAN TREATY ACT 1998 No. 78, 1998 - SECT 49
Minister may establish and operate monitoring facilities
The Minister may, on behalf of the Commonwealth:
if the Minister considers it
necessary or desirable in order to give effect to Australia's
obligations under the Treaty.
