COAL MINING INDUSTRY (LONG SERVICE LEAVE FUNDING) ACT 1992 No. 60 of 1992 - SECT 55

Review of Act 
55. The Minister is to arrange for the carrying out of an independent review
of the operation of this Act as soon as possible after the Minister receives a
report from the Board under subsection 43(6).
