COAL MINING INDUSTRY (LONG SERVICE LEAVE FUNDING) ACT 1992 No. 60 of 1992 - SECT 29

Terms and conditions of appointment not provided for by Act

29. A Director holds office on such terms and conditions (if any) in relation
to matters not provided for by this Act as are determined, in writing, by the
Minister.
