COAL MINING INDUSTRY (LONG SERVICE LEAVE FUNDING) ACT 1992 No. 60 of 1992 - SECT 2

2.(1) Sections 1 and 2 commence on the day on which this Act receives the
Royal Assent.

(2) Subject to subsection (3), sections 35 and 44 to 49 commence on a day or
days to be fixed by Proclamation.

(3) If a section mentioned in subsection (2) does not commence under that
subsection within the period of 12 months beginning on the day on which this
Act receives the Royal Assent, it commences on the first day after the end of
that period.

(4) Subject to subsection (5), the remaining provisions of this Act commence
on a day or days to be fixed by Proclamation.

(5) If a provision mentioned in subsection (4) does not commence under that
subsection within the period of 6 months beginning on the day on which this
Act receives the Royal Assent, it commences on the first day after the end of
that period.
