CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1991 No. 123 of 1991 - SECT 19

19. After section 40A of the Principal Act the following section is inserted
in Part VI: Annual Report

"40B. The Director must, as soon as practicable after 30 June in each year,
prepare, and give the Minister, a report of the Agency's operations during the
year that ended on that day.".
