CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1989 No. 4 of 1990 - SECT 55

Warrant for arrest of witness 
55. Section 31 of the Principal Act is amended:
   (a)   by inserting in subsection (1) "or of the Supreme Court of a

State or Territory" after "Federal Court";

   (b)  by inserting in subsection (3) "or of the Supreme Court of a
State or Territory" after "Federal Court";
   (c)   by inserting in subsection (4) "or of the Supreme Court of a

State or Territory" after "Federal Court".
