CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1988 No. 66 of 1988 - SECT 28

Commission may communicate to Australian Federal Police or Authority

28. Section 65A of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting "or the Authority" after "by the Australian Federal Police";

   (b)  by inserting "or an officer of the Authority, as the case may be,"
after "of the Australian Federal Police".
