CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1988 No. 66 of 1988 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1, 2, 3, 12, 20, 21, 22 and 23 commence on the day on which
this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sections 4 to 11 (inclusive) commence on the twenty-eighth day after the
day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(3) Sections 13 to 19 (inclusive) of this Act commence on a day or days to be
fixed by Proclamation.

(4) Section 24 commences, or shall be taken to have commenced, as the case
requires, on the commencement of the Crimes Legislation Amendment Act 1988.

(5) Part VI of this Act commences, or shall be taken to have commenced, as the
case requires, immediately after the commencement of section 21 of the
Telecommunications (Interception) Amendment Act 1987.
