CORPORATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1998 No. 86, 1998 - SECT 3
Schedule(s)
Subject to section 2, the Corporations Law set out in section 82 of the
Corporations Act 1989 is amended as set out in Schedule 1 to this Act, and any
other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect according to its terms.
