CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 164 of 1992 - SECT 36
Disposal of forfeited goods
36. Section 208D of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (b) and
substituting the following paragraphs:
"(b) in the case of narcotic goods - the directions of the Commissioner of
Police or a Deputy Commissioner of Police; or
(c) in the case of narcotic-related goods other than narcotic goods - in
accordance with section 208DA.".
