CORPORATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 110 of 1990 - SECT 19

19. (1) In this section, "Principal Act" means the Taxation Administration Act
1953.*6*

(2) Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting after paragraph (d) of the definition of "head" the following
paragraph:
     "(da)   in the case of the Australian Securities
Commission - the Chairperson of that Commission;";

   (b)  by inserting after paragraph (d) of the definition of "law enforcement
        agency" the following paragraph:
     "(da)   the Australian Securities Commission;".
