CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 108 of 1989 - SECT 2

2. (1) Parts 1 and 2, Part 3 (other than section 10) and Part 4 commence on
the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Section 10 commences on a day to be fixed by Proclamation, but if that
section does not commence within the period of 12 months beginning on the day
on which this Act receives the Royal Assent, it commences on the first day
after the end of that period.

(3) Parts 5, 6 and 7 commence on the 28th day after the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent.

(4) Part 8 commences on 1 July 1989.
