CUSTOMS LEGISLATION (ANTI-DUMPING AMENDMENTS) ACT 1988 No. 76 of 1988 - SECT 10
Reference of matters to Commission
10. Section 23 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting paragraph (5) (a);
(b) by inserting in paragraph (5) (b) "(other than the Customs Tariff
(Anti-Dumping) Act 1975 )" after "Customs Tariff".
