OTHER AMENDMENTS OF THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1975 Subsection 58 (1):

   (a)  After "his", insert "or her".

   (b)  Omit "only if-", substitute "only if the officer:". Paragraph 58 (1)

   (b)  After "him", insert "or her". Paragraph 58 (1) (b):

   (a)  Omit "he".
