COMMUNICATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 69 of 1987 - SECT 22

Hedging contracts etc. 
22. Section 79A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "72" from the
definition of "proposed borrowing or raising of money" in subsection (5) and
substituting "72A".
