CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 120 of 1987 - SECT 69

69. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by adding "and includes a prisoner upon whom a sentence of
        imprisonment was imposed for an offence against a law of the Northern
        Territory and who was, before 12 June 1985, removed to the State of
        South Australia under
section 3 of the Removal of Prisoners (Territories) Act 1923" at the end of
the definition of "Commonwealth prisoner" in subsection (1); and
(b) by adding "or 16A" at the end of the definition of "return transfer order"
in subsection (1).
