Cocos (Keeling) Islands Self-Determination Consequential Amendments) Act 1984 No. 46 of 1984 - SECT 4

4. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by inserting after the definition of ''Justice of the Peace'' the
following definition:

'' 'Northern Territory' includes the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands;'';
and

   (b)  by adding at the end thereof the following sub-section:

''(6) This Act extends to the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands.''.
