CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY REFORM AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1992 No. 33 of 1992 - SECT 9

9.(1) A Council member holds office:

   (a)  on a part-time basis; and

   (b)  for such period (not exceeding 3 years) as is specified in the
        instrument of appointment, but is eligible for re-appointment.

(2) A Council member may resign by giving a signed notice of resignation to
the Minister.

(3) The Minister may terminate the appointment of a Council member for
misbehaviour or physical or mental incapacity.
