CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY REFORM AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1992 No. 33 of 1992 - SECT 56

56.(1) The Governor-General may make regulations prescribing matters:

   (a)  required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or

   (b)  necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving
        effect to this Act.

(2) The Governor-General may make regulations making such transitional or
savings provisions as are necessary or convenient as a result of the Agency's
ceasing to exist under section 15.
