CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY REFORM AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1992 No. 33 of 1992 - SECT 36

36.(1) The Chief Executive Officer is to be appointed by the Minister and
holds office for the term specified in the instrument of appointment.

(2) The Minister must not appoint a person as the Chief Executive Officer for
a term extending beyond 30 June 1995.
