CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY REFORM AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1992 No. 33 of 1992 - SECT 29
Appointment of Chairperson of Board
29. The Minister is to appoint a Board member (other than the Chief
Executive Officer) as the Chairperson of the Board for a term specified in the
instrument of appointment.
