CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY REFORM AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1992 No. 33 of 1992 - SECT 25

25.(1) All questions arising at a meeting of the Board must be determined by a
majority of the votes of the Board members present and voting.

(2) The Chairperson of the Board has a deliberative vote and, in the event of
an equality of votes, also has a casting vote.
