CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY REFORM AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1992 No. 33 of 1992 - SECT 22

22. The Chairperson of the Board:

   (a)  may convene meetings of the Board; and

   (b)  must comply with any resolution of the Board with respect to the
        convening of meetings of the Board; and

   (c)  must, on receipt of a written request signed by at least 4 Board
        members, convene a meeting of the Board.
