Short title.
CRIMES (FOREIGN INCURSIONS AND RECRUITMENT) ACT 1978
No. 13 of 1978 An Act relating to Incursions into Foreign Countries and
Recruitment for Service in Armed Forces in Foreign Countries.
BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows: Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Crimes (Foreign Incursions and Recruitment)
