CHRISTMAS ISLAND ADMINISTRATION (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1984 No. 120 of 1984 - SECT 33

33. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the
following sub-section:

"(2) For the purposes of the definitions of 'advanced education institution',
'technical college', 'tertiary education institution' and 'university' in
sub-section (1), a reference to 'Australia' includes a reference to the
Territory of Christmas Island.".
