COARSE GRAINS LEVY ACT 1992 No. 19 of 1992 - SECT 15

15.(1) The Governor-General may make regulations prescribing matters required
or permitted by this Act to be prescribed.

(2) The Governor-General must take into consideration any relevant
recommendation made to the Minister by the growers' organisation in relation
to a kind of grain before making regulations in relation to that kind of grain
for the purposes of:
(a) the definition of "leviable weight" in section 3; or
(b) the definition of "leviable coarse grain" in section 3; or

   (c)  section 10 or 11.
