COMMONWEALTH FUNCTIONS (STATUTES REVIEW) ACT 1981 No. 74 of 1981 - SECT 25

25. If, immediately before the day on which rights, property or assets
referred to in sub-paragraph 22 (2) (b) (i) or sub-section 23 (2), as the case
may be, are transferred to a person, the Trust was a party to proceedings
specified in the agreement that were pending in a court, that person is, on
that day, by force of this section, substituted for the Trust as a party to
the proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as the party for
which that person is substituted.
