COMMONWEALTH FUNCTIONS (STATUTES REVIEW) ACT 1981 No. 74 of 1981 - SECT 179

179. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended -

(a) by adding "or (4A)" at the end of the definition of "eligible services" in
sub-section (1); and

(b) by omitting "4" from the definition of "grant year" in sub-section (1) and
substituting "5".
